Well behaved children over 14 are welcome. Smaller children may not feel comfortable in this intimate environment.

Three night minimum weekend stays, and two night minimum weekday stays are required during the summer season. Two night minimum weekend stays are required the rest of the year.

     A one night deposit is required on stays of 2 or 3 nights. For longer stays, a 50% deposit is required. Balance is due at check-in. 100% advance deposit required on single night reservations.

     Cancellation or any change of reservation dates with less than thee weeks notice will be refunded only after the entire original booking has been re-rented. All cancellations or changes are subject to a 10% processing fee on the deposit.

     All reservations with deposit are confirmed in writing, time permitting.
